New Migrant Caravan Forms, Heads to U.S. Border

A new migrant caravan formed in Honduras and began heading to the U.S. border.

The caravan began its trek late Monday in San Pedro Sula, and reportedly has about 500 migrants in the group.

Reports claim there were people of various age groups in the caravan, as many began to beg for food along the way.

President Trump weighed in on the new caravan Monday morning saying a drone wouldn’t stop those making the trek, and “only a wall will work.”

The president continued by urging leftist lawmakers to “stop playing political games and end the shutdown.”

President Trump’s remarks came as the government shutdown continues into day 25, and he continues to push for $5.7 billion for a border security package.
