Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was spotted for the first time since undergoing a cancer procedure back in December.
The 85-year-old went to a concert Monday called “Notorious RBG in Song” in Washington D.C. at the National Museum of Women in the Arts.
Ginsburg underwent a procedure removing a portion of her lung on December 21, but doctors are hopeful it went well completely removing the cancer.
According to Ginsburg’s son, she is walking a mile a day and also has meetings with a personal trainer more than once a week.
Ginsburg has missed arguments in the nation’s highest court in January, breaking her 25-year streak with no illness-related absences.
