Former Vice President Joe Biden responds to allegations that he acted inappropriately with a Nevada politician back in 2014 saying it was never his intent to make the woman feel uneasy.
Biden released a statement over the weekend responding to the claims saying he did not “believe” he ever acted inappropriately.
The former vice president went on to say he has been affectionate during his years in the public eye, but his intention was never to act inappropriately.
Biden also said he would “respectfully listen” to those who disagree and believe he acted otherwise.
His remarks come just days after Nevada politician Lucy Flores accused Biden of kissing her on the back of the head making her feel “uneasy, gross, and confused” during a campaign rally.

During an interview, Flores suggested the initial response from the Biden team came from his spokesman who somewhat undermined her claims.
She went on to say she was happier with Biden’s response saying she’s “glad that he is clarifying his intentions.”
The allegations come just weeks before Biden is reportedly expected to announce a bid for the White House in 2020.
