The North Korean state outlet reports the rogue regime has test-fired a guided tactical weapon just weeks after meeting with President Trump in Vietnam.
The news was released Thursday suggesting Kim Jong Un oversaw what appears to be the first weapons test since the second joint summit with the United States.
