U.S., Mexico to Begin Immigration Talks in Washington

Just days after President Trump threatened tariffs targeting all Mexican products, a delegation is set to meet to discuss immigration.

A senior Mexican delegation will start immigration talks in Washington, D.C. with Trump administration officials on Monday as President Trump‘s threat of tariffs looms, Reuters reported.

Talks will begin between Mexican Economy Secretary Graciela Marquez and U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and continue Wednesday between Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard and U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, according to the news service.
