Trump Campaign, RNC Raise $105 Million in Second Quarter

The Trump campaign and the RNC announced Tuesday they have raised $105 million dollars to reelect President Trump in 2020.

President Trump’s reelection campaign and the Republican National Committee raise $105 million in the second quarter of this year.

The Trump campaign made the announcement Tuesday saying the reelection effort has $100 million cash on hand.

President Trump’s campaign manager Brad Parscale touted the incredible fundraising efforts saying, “Our massive fundraising success is a testament to the overwhelming support for President Trump.”

Parscale continued by saying, “No Democrat candidate can match this level of enthusiasm or President Trump’s outstanding record of results.”

The Trump campaign brought in $54 million, and the RNC was able to raise $51 million.

RNC Chairman Ronna McDaniel also praised the fundraising efforts citing the new online support for the spike in funds.

President Trump’s campaign and the RNC raised $20 million more than former President Barak Obama during the same point in time in 2011.

The campaign has voiced its goal in the past of reaching a total of $1 billion to ensure President Trump has another term in the White House.

Details regarding donors and their donations will be made available July 15 when it will be filed under the Federal Electoral Commission.
