President Trump RIPS ‘disgraceful’ Hillary Clinton for plotting Russia ‘Hoax’ in 2016

Appearing on “Fox News’ Life, Liberty & Levin” over the weekend, President Donald Trump blasted disgraced former Secretary of State and failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for her involvement in the Russia investigation.

At one point during the interview, host Mark Levin asked Trump what he would say to Hillary Clinton if he had the chance about the origins of the Trump-Russia “hoax.”

Trump answered, “I think it’s disgraceful. I always knew it was a hoax,” and claimed that Clinton’s campaign “made it up.”

He said the Hillary Clinton campaign gave millions to Christopher Steele who compiled a fraudulent dossier that was used to spy on Trump’s 2016 campaign.

Trump also took aim at late Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who sent an aid to England to retrieve a copy of the Steele dossier to present to the FBI.

Trump accused McCain of trying to undermine the Republican nominee for president.

He added that such a spying operation shouldn’t have been allowed to happen and then ominously said that the “future should be very interesting.” It has been reported that Russia was aware that Hillary Clinton ordered a political hit-job on President Trump that sought to tie the Republican nominee to Russian election interference. Russia knew this and used the opening to stoke the embers of the hoax for the purpose of spreading political discord.

The former Democrat nominee for president has been accused of setting in motion an investigation that funded opposition research that produced a salacious and false dossier that ultimately led to the spying operation against Trump’s campaign.

Clinton claimed that Trump worked with Russia to cheat and win, when she may have known that was a lie because she orchestrated the entire hoax.

The Federalist reported the following about the Clinton-Russia connection:

“Not only were Russian officials aware of Hillary Clinton’s campaign plan to accuse Donald Trump of being a Russian asset, top U.S. intelligence authorities knew of Russia’s knowledge of Clinton’s plans former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe disclosed to congressional investigators. Before they launched an investigation into whether Trump’s campaign was colluding with Russia, intelligence agencies learned that Russia knew of Clinton’s plans to tarnish Trump with the collusion smear.”

Despite the alleged Clinton campaign plot, President Trump still defeated Hillary Clinton 306 to 232 electors to become the 45th President of the United States.
