VIANCA RODRIGUEZ - WRITER
Vianca Rodriguez is originally from Añasco, Puerto Rico, but now resides in Fort Worth, Texas. The catastrophic impact of Hurricane María in 2017 is what ultimately led Vianca to move to the United States mainland where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in International Studies at Arizona State University. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Public Administration at the same institution in hopes of merging her educational background with the current work she does in politics.
Throughout school, Vianca was involved in local political campaigns and conservative student organizations in Puerto Rico which she continued to do when she moved to Arizona. However, it wasn't until her senior year of college that Vianca got her most significant political experience when she began working closely with Turning Point USA, which inspired her to dive deeper into conservatism.
Besides writing for RSBN, she currently interns with an up-and-coming organization known as RunGenZ, and hosts a weekly podcast titled "You Have a Point" on El American, a conservative news outlet. Vianca is passionate about raising social and cultural awareness on issues that affect American communities, such as illegal immigration, tax reform, and threats to our Constitutional rights. She is driven by a strong desire to engage Americans on political issues at a grassroots level.
